GETTING BY AIRPLANE
The closest airports are El Tehuelche Airport, located in Puerto Madryn, and Almirante Marcos Antonio Zar, located in Trelew city, where Andes Líneas Aéreas and Aerolíneas Argentinas, respectively operate.
TRANSFERS
The transfers from and up to Puerto Madryn are included in the rates of a day in the country, whilst the transfers from and up to the airports of Puerto Madryn or Trelew cities are not included in the rates of the country hotel lodging.
You may arrive at El Pedral with your own vehicle or with a transfer. If you wish to hire a transfer you may ask it together with your lodging reservation. In that case, El Pedral will forward your requirement to a reliable transfer company, the reservation of which will be sent to you once it is confirmed. Also, you may opt to reach El Pedral hiring the corresponding transfer services to your travel agency.
Transfer rate from Puerto Madryn / Trelew airport (or vice versa): USD 30 per passenger, with a minimum of 4 passengers.
GETTING BY CAR
El Pedral is 70 km far from Puerto Madryn city, 12 km from Punta Ninfas’ lighthouse, just on the mouth of the Golfo Nuevo, and 100 km from the Trelew’s Airport. The way to El Pedral is mainly a gravel road, therefore, the time to get there is one hour from Puerto Madryn, and one hour and a half from Trelew.
It is highly recommended to drive with caution as you may encounter free animals, such as guanacos, lesser rheas and sheep, among others. Since there is no phone service at El Pedral, passengers who get there with their own car must give notice of their arrival to our reservations office.
